Share Your Photos on the Big Screen

At a restaurant, wedding, or event with CrowdPics TV? Here's how to get your photos up on the display in seconds.

STEP 1

Find the QR Code

Look for the QR code displayed on the TV screen or printed materials at the venue. It's usually near the entrance, at your table, or on the event signage.

STEP 2

Scan with Your Phone

Open your phone's camera app and point it at the QR code. A link will appear - tap it to open CrowdPics in your browser. No app download required!

STEP 3

Enter Your Phone Number

We'll send you a quick verification code via text message. This keeps the photos secure and lets you access your uploads later.

STEP 4

Take & Share Photos

Use your phone's camera to snap photos or select from your gallery. Add a caption if you'd like, then tap Share. Your photo will appear on the big screen!

Session Expired?

Your CrowdPics session lasts 24 hours. If you see a "Session Expired" message, don't worry - just scan the QR code at the venue again to start a fresh session. Your previously uploaded photos are still saved!

Still at the venue? Look for the QR code on the TV screen or ask staff for help.

Your Privacy Matters

Your phone number is only used for verification and is never shared publicly. Photos you upload are reviewed before display to ensure appropriate content. You can always ask the venue to remove your photos.
